At CompuPlus, we are dedicated to providing the Austin community with quality electronic products and reliable service. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we clearly outline our warranty and return policies below.

 

Electronic Product Warranty

 

Our warranty policies are structured to offer you the best value and protection based on the type of product you purchase.

 

1. Products Valued at $149 or Less

 

Products sold at a cash price of $149.00 or less are sold on an "As Is" basis. This means they are excluded from any express or implied warranty, including the implied warranty of merchantability.

• In-Store Credit Only: Should you encounter an issue, these products are eligible for a 7-Day Store Credit only, valid from the original date of purchase. We do not offer cash refunds for these items.

 

2. Products Valued at $155 or More

 

For electronic products sold at a cash price of $155.00 or more, we offer a limited 90-Day Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, effective from the original date of purchase.

• Coverage: The specific terms of this 90-Day Warranty are dependent on the electronic product type and will be clearly stated on your invoice.

• Remedy: During this period, CompuPlus will, at its discretion, repair the product, replace it with an equivalent item, or issue store credit for the original purchase price. We do not offer cash refunds for these items.

 

Service Warranty (Repairs and Technical Work)

 

We stand behind the expertise of our technicians.

• 30-Day Warranty: All repair and technical services performed by CompuPlus are covered by a limited 30-Day Warranty against defects in workmanship, effective from the date the service was completed. If the same issue recurs within 30 days due to our repair, we will re-address the service at no additional labor cost. We do not offer cash refunds for these items.

 

Shipping and Delivery Policy

 

Transparency regarding costs is important to us.

• Shipping Costs: Unless explicitly stated in a specific product promotion, offer, or advertised sale, shipping and handling fees are not included as free and will be charged to the customer at the current rate.

 

Note on Texas Law: As a seller in Texas, your right to limit or disclaim implied warranties (like merchantability) is generally permitted, provided you use clear language (such as "As Is") for products where no written warranty is provided.

Vendor-Specific Limitations

While CompuPlus aims to provide consistent warranty coverage, certain products acquired through Google Merchant partners are subject to distinct terms. These products may have restrictions on returns, warranty service, or technical support that are governed directly by the original vendor's policy. We recommend customers inquire about the specific terms for any Google Merchant-sourced product before completing the transaction.
